True To Life Community Outreach Center is a non-profit organization located in the City of Eastman that provides community support and resources to aid our residents toward stability, self-sufficiency, and overall improving the quality of life of those we serve. By partnering with local businesses and non-profits we will work to assist in the areas of family counseling, employment, education, and housing.
